Flightpad is currently under active development and is designed to help general aviation pilots stay prepared with airport information, weather, flight tools, and notes.
By accessing or using Flightpad, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About Flightpad
Flightpad is a supplemental tool designed for general aviation pilots.
The goal of Flightpad is to make important flight information easier to access by bringing airports, weather, alternates, and notes into one place.
Flightpad is not intended to replace official aviation sources, certified flight systems, or pilot judgment.
2. Pre-release notice
Flightpad is currently in development.
Features, functionality, data availability, and overall experience may change over time. Some parts of the product may be incomplete, unavailable, or modified before public release.
We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Aviation disclaimer
Flightpad is intended as a supplemental flight awareness and preparation tool only.
Flightpad does not replace:
Official weather briefings
FAA information and publications
Certified navigation systems
Air traffic control instructions
Official NOTAMs or airport communications
Pilot judgment and responsibility
Airport information, weather conditions, frequencies, procedures, runway information, and other data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Pilots are solely responsible for verifying all information through official aviation sources before and during flight.
Use Flightpad at your own discretion and risk.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Misuse or interfere with Flightpad
Attempt to access restricted systems or data
Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the product unlawfully
Use Flightpad in violation of applicable laws or aviation regulations
5. Accounts and data
Some Flightpad features may require an account in the future.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activities that occur under your account.
6. Intellectual property
All Flightpad branding, software, visuals, designs, content, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of Flightpad without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flightpad and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or app.
This includes, but is not limited to, delays, inaccuracies, interruptions, unavailable services, or decisions made based on information shown in Flightpad.
Use of Flightpad is entirely at your own risk.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time as Flightpad evolves.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page.
